The Castaway

  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

In a cocktail shaker muddle leaves of 1 sprig of thyme, add ginger vodka and pineapple juice. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig.

Heat the apple cider, cranberry, honey & nutmeg in a mug or nudge glass. Add Sweet Ginger Vodka. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. raw egg white (prepared egg white works well too)
  • ½ oz. maple syrup

Combine all ingredients over ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
 
 
 

Ginger Mix

  • 2 oz. Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • ¾ oz. Cointreau
  • ½ oz. grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water)
  • 3 dashes bitters

Combine ¼ oz. honey with ¼ oz. warm water to make honey syrup. Add all other ingredients and shake well over ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

  • 2 oz. Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka
  • ½ oz. orange juice
  • ½ oz. grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • ½ oz. cranberry juice
  • 4-5 whole cranberries
  • 3 chunks pineapple
  • Club soda

Muddle cranberries and pineapple. Add vodka and juices in an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir and top with club soda. Garnish with an orange or lime wheel.

  • 2 oz rosemary-infused Crater Lake Vodka
  • 3 oz pear juice
  • splash lime juice

PREP: Combine about 1/2 cup fresh rosemary and 1 bottle Crater Lake Vodka. Allow to steep for about 24 hours. Strain and discard rosemary.
