Pepper Cocoa

Created by Carino’s Italian Restaurant – Bend, Oregon.

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Pepper Vodka
  • 1 oz of Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz of Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 5 oz hot cocoa

Combine all ingredients in a coffee mug, nudge glass or wine glass. Garnish with a dollop of whip cream and a single dried chili pepper.
 
 
 
 

Sleighride

  • 1 shot Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1/2 shot White Creme de Cacao
  • Splash White Creme de Menthe
  • 3 oz half & half

Mix ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain. Serve in a sugar-rimmed snifter. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
 
 
 
 

Key Lime Martini

  • 3 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz half & half
  • splash vanilla syrup

Mix ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy. Strain into a crushed graham cracker rimmed martini glass. No garnish needed.
 
 
 
 

Dreamsicle Martini

  • 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz half & half

Mix ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy. Shake and strain. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with orange.

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • splash orange juice
  • splash pinapple juice

Mix ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coconut shavings.
 
 
 
 

Blackberry Cheesecake Martini

  • 3 oz Crater Lake Gin
  • 1 oz blackberry puree
  • 1 oz white grape juice
  • 1 oz half & half
  • splash lime juice
  • splash vanilla syrup

Mix ingredients over ice a cocktail shaker. Shake very well and strain into a graham cracker rimmed martini glass. No garnish needed.
 
 
 
 

Moonstone Truffle

Inspired by a drink created by Lucy Brennan of Mint/820 – Portland, Oregon.

  • 2 oz Moonstone Raspberry sake
  • 1 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh cream or half & half
  • 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao

Mix ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
