Always known as just Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka this wonderful spirit now has its own name - Cofia.
Cofia Vodka is created from two of the most
well known flavors of the Northwest: fresh-brewed coffee and hazelnuts.
It is more that just a flavored vodka though. Unlike most
flavored vodkas, the coffee and hazelnut in Cofia are rich, strong and all natural. Cofia day at the distillery means the whole neighorhood is steeped in the aroma of fresh brewed coffee and roasted hazelnuts.
Cocktail Suggestions
Cofia Hazelnut Espresso Vodka is dark, rich and just a little sweet.
And becasue we use only real sugar it is not over sweet or syrupy. Cofia mixes wonderfuly with coffee, chocolate and cream. We suggest you try it over ice with a spash of cream, maybe a shot in your coffie after skiing or simply chilled on its own.
Cofia also lends it well to cooking. Drizzel over ice cream, add it to your tiramisu, mix a bit into whipped cream, the possibilites are endless.
