Always known as just Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka this wonderful spirit now has its own name - Cofia.
Cofia Vodka is created from two of the most
well known flavors of the Northwest: fresh-brewed coffee and hazelnuts.
It is more that just a flavored vodka though. Unlike most

Cofia Hazelnut Espresso Vodka is dark, rich and just a little sweet.
And becasue we use only real sugar it is not over sweet or syrupy. Cofia mixes wonderfuly with coffee, chocolate and cream. We suggest you try it over ice with a spash of cream, maybe a shot in your coffie after skiing or simply chilled on its own.
Cofia also lends itself well to cooking. Drizzel it over ice cream, add it to your tiramisu, mix a bit into whipped cream, the possibilites are endless.
