The Bendistillery Martini Bar & Sampling Room is our own cocktail laboratory. Our bartenders are constantly serving an ever-changing, always swanky and definitley tasty variety of cocktail creations. We, of course, highlight the Bendistillery spirits but we also feature many boutique spirits from across the country. You can find many of the more popular drinks on our Recipes page.

We are located in the heart of downtown Bend on the Brooks Street alley we are just down from the historic Pine Tavern on the Mirror Pond Plaza overlooking Drake Park and the Deschutes River. Join us if you find yourself in Bend. We are open 4 pm to Close Monday through Saturday. Patio open weather permitting..

Martini Couture
Tuesday nights are Fashion Show nights. Each week a different local retailer takes over the Martii Bar and showcases their latest fashions. The show starts about 8pm and always draws a crowd so get here early if you want a table.
