Starting with the same spirit we make our award-winning Crater Lake Vodka from, we infuse a blend of no fewer than six different sweet and hot peppers. The result is a pepper vodka that delivers balanced flavor along with its heat.

Cocktail Suggestions
Without a doubt Mazama Infused Pepper Vodka is made for the Bloody Mary although we are constantly hearing about new and different cocktails made with this savory vodka. One of our favorites is the Mazama Infused Pepper Vodka mixed with mango juice and a dash of sugar. We also love to cook with it as the spice in a cream sauce over pasta and prawns or adding a little extra to our oyster shooters.
