Infused Cocktail Recipes
Fresh fruit infused spirits take a little time to prepare but make
fresh, all-natural alternatives to many cocktails. Take some time,
give them a try and taste the difference.
Just about any fresh flavor - fruit, herbs, etc. - can be infused into distilled spirits. Below are some of our favorites.
Prep
In general we recommend loosely filing a jar (2-quart or larger) with the desired fruit (cube or slice
large fruit). Add enough Crater Lake Vodka or Cascade Mountain Gin to
completely cover the fruit. Cover jar and allow to stand until the
disired flavor is acheived - anywhere from 24 hours to 3 weeks. Remove the fruit once desired flavor is acheived.
It's recommended but not necessary to refrigerate the fruit and
spirit infusion until ready to serve.
